Where do I start?
It has been a really challenging year for our agency, and for our clients, as we have made personnel changes; more than once.
In a continued effort to grow our agency, and cultivate a strong customer service base for our present and future clients, we have come to realize complacency is unacceptable to both us as agency owners, but more so to our clients.
After evaluating our standards as your agents, Marty & I decided that we had to make some changes.
With that being said, we would like to Thank Every Client that has had to endure the transitioning of agents. We are truly trying to incorporate the strongest and most enthusiastic agents to join our agency. As with every thing in life, sometimes it works, and other times it does not.
The insurance industry is ever-changing, and we simply cannot, and will not settle for those who do not want to change or grow. Complacency has become the “norm” for our society, so believe me when I tell you it is hard to find agents that strive to be the best they can be. To us, this is unacceptable, so we have made some adjustments.
We cannot predict the future of our agents, but we can tell you if they don’t want to work hard for our clients, they cannot work for us.
